  1. At the moment, we can only take cash, money orders[1], bank cheques[2] or direct debit. Please do not post cash—use cash only for personal collection of goods.
  2. To purchase anything, go to the online Shop, and select the item(s) you wish to purchase. Once you have clicked “OK” in the pop-up box, your items will be added to your “Shopping Cart”. 3. To remove any items, click on the 'Remove Product' button.
  4. When you are satisfied with your order, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
  5. You will be asked to fill in some details. Please let us know about your preferred method of payment and delivery or collection in the Delivery Instructions box.
  6. If you would like to collect your order and pay cash, you will be sent an email with the address and a date when your order will be ready for collection.
  7. If you have chosen to pay by direct debit, you will be sent an email with our banking details, the postage costs and total amount payable, and a date when your order will be dispatched. Orders can only be cancelled prior to the dispatch date.
  8. If you prefer to pay by money order or bank cheque, you will be sent an email giving the postage costs and total amount payable, and a date when your order will be dispatched. Orders can only be cancelled prior to the dispatch date.
  9. In certain circumstances it may be possible to deliver your order and collect cash on delivery. Please make a note in the Delivery Instructions box if you would like us to consider this option. It is generally only possible in the Tweed Heads/Murwillumbah (NSW) areas.
  10. Once the information is complete, click the Place Order button. That will send us an email, to which we will respond within 24 hours, whenever possible.
Footnotes:
[1] Money orders are available at a Post Office and cost $8.95 for delivery by post or $5.95 for delivery by email: http://auspost.com.au/money-insurance/domestic-money-transfer.html
[2] The cost of bank cheques varies from bank to bank. The cheapest we’ve seen is $5.
